TSO-basis system award results (システム約定結果, what each area's TSO procured incl. wide-area transfers). Shortfall = Σ max(requested − awarded, 0) ÷ Σ requested over the period's blocks; average cleared price = simple average of blocks with awards (¥/ΔkW·30 min, excl. tax); cap headroom = (cap − average) ÷ cap using the cap valid on the delivery date. New regime = deliveries from 2026-03-14 (day-ahead trading of every product, 30-minute blocks, caps 19.51→15→10); old regime = FY2025 weekly trading (3-hour blocks except 三次②). Regimes are never averaged together. 速報値 (preliminary, published ~15:00 the day before delivery) is replaced by 確報値 (final, incl. additional procurement, published by the end of the following month) when available.
